Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) signed between Edu Gate International company “EDI” (known later as Development Gate International) and Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University, an institution of higher learning established by the laws of the State of Arizona, (“ASU”), The purpose of this MOU is to establish an understanding between the Parties to share data related to STEM Education and CPD programs for teachers, and discuss possible future research collaborations in the areas of STEM education. The parties will jointly explore opportunities in Egypt, KSA, Oman or any other country in the middle east related to STEM education to develop, and implement a STEM project and a CPD programs for teachers based on the needs of the ministry of education in these countries.
